Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days after delivery. We cannot offer full refunds or exchanges if items are returned more than 30 days after delivery.To be eligible for a return or exchange, your designer handbag must be unused, free of scratches, stains, or signs of wear (including on hardware), and returned with all original accessories,including dust bag, box, tags, and documents.

The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

· Bags with visible signs of wear, scratches, stains, or damaged hardware caused by customer use

· Items returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories

· Limited-edition, pre-owned, and final sale handbags

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

· Items damaged, marked, or incomplete due to improper storage or handling

· Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
